You contact me:

  • Email breanna@kindledhearth.com
  • Include pictures of your item
  • Measurements of your item
  • Notes about the project – what needs to change? What do you like and want to keep?
  • Feel free to include a pinterest board or similar inspiration images

I respond with an estimate

  • This will be a rough starting point
  • I will estimate yardage of fabric required

We meet

  • We can meet in person or via Zoom.
  • This is where we select the fabrics, discuss the details, and work out a final quote.
  • I carry fabric samples from many suppliers. I only work with fabric I sell, in order to ensure quality.

You pay a deposit and get on my schedule

  • I will send you an invoice for the materials we decided on. This will serve as the deposit and allow me to order what we need.
  • I will order the materials.
  • We will schedule a drop-off date for your furniture.

You bring me your furniture and I transform it

  • I do not provide transport services.
  • I will provide an estimated completion timeframe which will depend on the size of the project.
  • I will provide regular progress updates.

Your furniture is ready!

  • I will send you an invoice for the balance due.
  • You pick up your beautiful renewed furniture!
  • I will provide care instructions, and wrap your furniture up for transport.
